What to know
“Mirror” wills
We offer a significantly reduced price for a second spouse when preparing “mirror” wills—i.e., wills with identical or very similar provisions that leave your estate to each other.
Will conditions
We can prepare simple wills if the following conditions are met:
- You have no minor children.
- Your estate totals less than $1 million.
- You are over the age of eighteen (18).
Power of attorney
As part of our Last Will and Testament package, we will also prepare a Power of Attorney For Health Care and a Living Will.
If you would like a General Power of Attorney, we can prepare one for a small additional fee.
