Our Story
Montpelier & Associates was founded in 2024 by Dale J. Montpelier. From our offices in the Bank of America Center in downtown Knoxville, we proudly serve the people of East Tennessee.
What started as a solo practice built on hard work and genuine care for clients has grown into a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff all sharing the same commitment: to fight for the best possible outcome for every person who walks through our door.
Whether the matter involves family law, business disputes, civil litigation, immigration, or any of the many other practice areas we handle, our approach has never changed: listen first, explain your options honestly, and advocate relentlessly.
